rv-htc (Republic + Vine St Historic Tax Credit) is a rehabilitation project focused on five historic buildings in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. Through the use of historic tax credits, the project brought new life to existing structures, restoring original brickwork, reactivating street-level storefronts, and converting upper floors into housing. The work balances preservation with practicality, showing how existing buildings can be adapted to support vibrant, walkable communities.
