Draw, assemble, and review permit and construction document sets for new construction multi- and single-family residential buildings, as well as existing historic rehabilitation projects. Created models and renders to be used on marketing sheets for client reviews, SHPO, OHFA, or as information for inhabitants on rehabilitation projects.

Completed site visits for field measuring, construction overview, and/or investigations of existing conditions.

Worked with the marketing team to create aesthetically pleasing graphics for use during meetings, conventions, and conferences.

Assisted architects in schematic and design development phases and prepared permit and construction documents and drawing sets. Worked within Residential, Industrial, and Commercial studios. Completed various categories of drawings in AutoCAD, models in SketchUp and Revit, and post-production image processing in Illustrator and Photoshop. Rendered models using Enscape.
